WOULD YOU STILL DO IT...

...If nobody knew you did it?

In this current age, our lives are lived in the public eye. We like to share our highlights with the world, with social media as the canvas. This is the age of attention.

Almost every thing we post is often made with an audience in mind.

Now, this isn't to say that this is bad. It isn't bad to show the world your accomplishments and achievements. It could maybe even be taken as a good motivator. Performing with a crowd is definitely a positive thing. So this isn't to say that you should stop yourself from doing such things. But rather a reminder to do things for the pure intention of doing it. Living life for you, your personal experience.

Don't let the view and opinion of others dictate what you want to experience for yourself. There is immense value in doing great things privately. It allows us to have a deeper understanding of ourselves, to grow in ways that are not affected by the opinions of others. It also helps us build resilience and confidence in who we actually are, not just who we present to the world.

Would you still do it if nobody knew you did it?
